1、截至2020年，赖美云还属于sing女团的成员。2018年播出的《创造101》让赖美云走进观众视线，也让sing女团逐渐被人熟知，她和蒋申、许诗茵都是代表sing女团来参加比赛的选手，可惜最后只有赖美云坚持到了决赛，成功出道。

2、出道之后，赖美云和孟美岐、吴宣仪等人一起组成了火箭少女101，进行为期两年的团体活动，虽然这两年内赖美云都是和火箭少女101一起参加活动，但她并没有离开sing女团，两年期限到了后，火箭少女便会解散，她也会回到公司发展。

3、虽然舞台上的赖美云光鲜亮丽，活泼可爱，总是带着暖暖的笑容，但其实，她也曾有一段辛酸史，她是sing女团的一期生，在进入sing女团之前，她曾连续三次落选snh48的选拔，后来才在机缘巧合下参加了sing女团的面试。

4、当时的她才十六岁，外形不突出，身高更是短板，但由于唱歌好听，她还是成功加入了sing女团，虽然开始了自己的女团生涯，但sing女团的知名度不高，成员也没有太大的名气，她们的发展始终不尽如人意。

5、为了获得打歌机会，赖美云还曾参加闯关节目，小小的身体爆发出大大的能力，不仅拥有了打歌机会，还获得了第一名，为了让别人关注到自己的组合，赖美云做了很多努力，值得庆幸的是，参加《创造101》后，她的发展越来越好。
